There is nothing more pretty than a garden in full bloom. This week i was fortunate enough to come across a lovely little park close to Hobart's city centre that had exquisite gardens.. and lots of bumble bee's.. Dont you just want to cuddle one of these little guys they look so cute and furry...

On the road again..
I just cant wait to get on the road again.....
some more drive by landscape for your viewing pleasure
Its the wrong time of year to be able to take you around my home town and show you the sights of dark green pastures or native wild flowers but its the perfect time to capture the dryness of the land and all that it with holds. The beauty is in the colour of the land and the lifeless whisper of the wind blowing through the trees.
Small sneak peak at my latest works

Look Mummy
My 3 year old daughter has discovered anything that moves. Trains, Trucks, Bikes, Skateboards you name it she is excited by it.
While out today, miss 3 started to very loudly shout out Look Mummy Look. A Choo Choo Train. There was no actual train in sight but we did see a train track and railway crossing.
Pulling the car up well clear of the road and railway line itself we had a look around to see what we could find. Anything of interest at all??
Not one to miss out on a photographic opportunity my trusty DSLR was sitting alongside of me in the car...ready and waiting for action...

Gone Country
Amazing really, what you can come across when your looking for something in particular to shoot, but not really looking nor expecting things ...
Today found my little family out and about on a small country road taking the "scenic route" from home to nowhere special when we found what I had been looking for I just didnt know it was quite literally almost under my nose....
something different to tickle the taste buds and help you enjoy a little bit of landscape photography

Fresh Air ....
And a cool sea breeze is how our afternoon adventures finished up today.
This afternoons adventure wound up with us North of George Town in lovely Low Head.
Olivia and I had a very casual walk around the pilot station watching some locals enjoy a spot of fishing, having a look at some small boats, some very luscious foliage in the gardens and then a drive up to the local Lighthouse where we took in the breathtakingly beautiful view over East Beach and then out over the Bass Strait.. our adventure then continued further east ending in the sleepy beach side town of Beachford before heading home again.
A random selection of shots from our little adventure today.
as always, please email me with any questions or for information if interested in having some photography done.

Action...
After almost 7 months , our twins are both officially movers and shakers. We have babies on the move. Well, if you call flipping from back to stomach and back over again moving then yes we have movers.
Normally I would be sharing a photo of this massive milestone in our family, but the even rarer fact that the lovely Lucinda had managed to put herself to sleep without a tantrum was a milestone in itself.. here she is sound asleep on the floor after a very active morning.

New Year...
Better late than never, but a New Year and a new blog
This is where you will be able to keep track of what my latest little projects are and what or who I have had the pleasure of taking photos of and where we may have been.
Most recent work, saw me visiting Hobart and surrounds for a family session heading towards New Norfolk.
The very very gorgeous, not quite 2 year old Little Lady and her Mum and family were an absolute pleasure to spend an afternoon with. We had Horses, Wind, Sun and lots of good old fashioned fun.
Thank you all very much for having me and allowing me to take some very personal photographs for your memories. I look forward to being able to help make more memories for you later on
